General information all the residential units are:
Oil will be charged separately at the end of the stay. The oil meter can be read in the apartment. A flat rate of €15,- per person will be charged for bed linen and cleaning, and € 20,- for a dog. Local taxes and VAT are included in the costs. The sauna can be used by prior arrangement, and must be paid each time for the guoup with € 20,- separately.
The oil consumed will be charged with the selling price at the nearest gas station app. € 0.85 per litre. But in every apartment is a separate heating with own oilcounter. The consumption of oil is different because it is depending on the chosen temperature in the apartment, from sice of the apartment and of course also by the outside temperatures, so costs of about € 15.00 to € 20.00 per day and housing unit can be expected.
All prices include tax, accommodation tax and value added tax.
In front of the house there are sufficient parking paces. In winter, the snow removal will be done to the parking lots. The streets are asfaltiert up to the house and in front of the house are composite stones made of concrete laid.
